What forms do i file with the amended 2021 1120 form to report the ERC credit received in 2023.

Do I use the 5884A (which does not list the year 2021)

Do I just report it in the credit Line G in Part 2 of the 1120?

Also do I report  the credit received off the wages from the original 1120 form
