Based on the ongoing disaster with the March '23 windows update that crashed my ability to print.  The new frustration is inability to print/edit/view the client presentation in Proseries.  I humored the the rep this AM and painfully again went through the process in this board...

It did not work.  Despite purging and reinstalling both MS Office and Proseries '22, it still goes not work.  Yet again wasted an hour of my life trying to get this to work.  If anyone has a work around, I would love to hear it.
