There is a new checkbox (not in the 2021 program) at the top of the Client Status Worksheet  entitled "Check to indicate returning customer for e-Signature authentication".  It is not explained in the online help nor did I see any videos addressing it.  Can anyone explain the purpose of the checkbox?  I do not like to check boxes when I do not know the outcome.  Thanks!!

There is a new option in eSignature where a returning customer who completed an eSignature in the prior year would not be required to go through the Knowledge Based Authentication for the current year.  This checkbox is related to that.  For more information, please see:
