I don't think there is another way because Lacerte, or any of Intuit's software, do not allow for filing for PR returns. This is also PR problem since they only allow individuals licensed in PR to e-file their returns, they have their own set of rules for who can and cannot e-file different from US and theirs is more restrictive.
