I'm unable to enter my 2017 ProSeries Program. Every time I open the Application I receive an error of "Browser not Supported: Download the latest version of one of these browsers to continue". The odd thing, I'm in a remote environment with other Preparers in my Firm, and I'm the only one having an issue despite us all using the same browsers. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I haven't had access for over a month and I need to get in. Thank you.
