On NH 1040, you can choose SMLLC and check a box for the name to print on the BT Summary.

The NH 1040ES form prints the taxpayers SS# rather than the SMLLC EIN. When the client files the tax return, the state has no record of the payments since they are reported under the SS# rather than the SMLLC EIN.
