I filed clients Federal personal income tax return no problem.
For Minnesota, I run error check, save, e-file, and get an error message as:
"1040 MNI for SSN 123-45-6789 invalid ERO's/EFIN use correct EFIN."
I've double checked my ERO PIN 5-digit and EFIN 6-digit and they are in the MN Info page correctly and the E-file instructions page.
This is my first Minnesota personal tax return. The Corporate return I did last week went well.

For the heck of it, try going into your preparer info and uncheck validate PTIN and then check the box again. That has caused some weird stuff this year so it is worth a try,

Thank you, but that didn't work.
I noticed in the information page for MN, part V, I mistakenly put myself down for being a non-paid preparer, unchecked that, and it took.
Funny how error messages can't be taken literally.
