You need to submit Form 56 to establish the fiduciary relationship between her and the estate, then an 8821 for her to give you permission to pull the transcripts, I also sent the court order that assigned the fiduciary and the death certificate and faxed them all to the a rep at PPS...the first rep told me the Form 56 had to be mailed, but I called back again and that one let me fax it.
