Open Sch C on the screen CTRL+ W and hit Yes
OR
Highlight Sch C in the Forms in Use list, Right click Delete
There might be a few other ways as well...but either of those should work.....that's assuming you're using ProSeries Professional as it shows at the top of your post.

If it comes back, there might be an input linked to Sched C: maybe a 1099 input was linked to C, so if you delete C it might pop up again.
