Thats the problem. At least with pro basic if you press the button to remove form  8915F from the form 1040 it still remains. I am planning to retire after the 2024 icome tax season. But if this was not the third year and I thought we would have to deal with 8915F again next year April 18th 2023 would be my retirement date. Screw the extensions.
