Easiest fix for this issue is after making corrections to the email in the tax file and saving it, go to the Dashboard for esignature and make sure and hit the "refresh" button (whirl thing) on the upper right hand corner.  Once it refreshes and shows the current time(s) next to the client you should be good to go.

It was very "refreshing" to get this issue resolved.  Sorry about that. 🙂
