I just bought a Brother printer last Summer.  I am noticing the same problem with skipped characters, but only on page 2 of the Ohio return.  Of course, Tech support said it was my printer and not their program.  It just doesn't make sense that multiple people have the same problem with the same page.  Have you found a solution?  It is frustrating to go back and print pg 2 a second time.
