There was a time that you could call IRS efile and they could help you but, you had to do it immediately. 

I would suggest that you wait, at this point, until the file is accepted, then (if the return was not complete)  you could USPS the return when ready for filing. If this is done before 4/15 write "To replace efiled return as Original Filing".
