I spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone with support and they have not fixed the issue. When I try to open Proseries 2022, I get the message "You'll need to update your software to access your Intuit account here." I uninstalled and reinstalled. My windows is 10, and I use Edge. I tried making FIrefox as my default browser and that didn't work. I tried making chrome my default browser and that didn't work. I download updates and fixes on the admin computer and that didn't work. I downloaded updates and fixes on this computer (a workstation) and that didn't work. I was told it will take 2 days for a manager to call me back. Someone please tell me how I can make my software for ProSeries 2022 open.
