Hello ProSeries community. When filing a final 1120 (asset sale) are there any special forms within ProSeries (or outside) that will need to be completed? It's been a number of years since filing a Final 1120, so I thought I would ask the community given TCJA and other ancillary legislations that have passed into law over the past several years.
