I have a client who waited until the midnight hour lol.  They want to efile their 2020 business taxes.  I know the IRS stops taking efiles after 12/26, but I saw the article mentioning proseries stopped submitting them to the IRS 12/22.  I noticed for business taxes, it states you could submit them to intuit, but they won't be sent to IRS until efiling reopens.  Lets say I submit 12/23.  Does this mean the return will be "postmarked" 12/23 with IRS when they do recieve it?  Or "postmarked" with IRS with the date efiling reopens?  Do I need to find someone with Drake to help me out for one return?  LOL
