I have to disagree with this post.  I've been running Proseries using the ARM version of Windows (Windows 11 to be exact) on an M1 Mac in Parallels 17 with no issues.  

Parallels just released Version 18 with additional improvements for the M1 Mac but I had some issues upgrading and reverted back to V17.
