I'm considering relocating to Canada but my firm and clients are all U.S based....Can I (the tax preparer) file taxes electronically from Canada? Do you need a VPN? Any advice
Is anyone else working abroad?
I called customer support but they didn't have an answer and suggested I post in the community.
Thank you,
-Marcela

I'm sure it's 'do-able', as Jensen (miss him... he hasn't posted in a long time) does it from overseas. He uses PTO tho, if I remember correctly.
I'll call him out; maybe he'll pop back in to lend his sage advice.

There is nothing in ProSeries that would prevent use in Canada as long as you can get online.
Do you need a VPN? No, but it would be a good idea.
Best
