Attempting to eFile an amended Form 1065, which solely relates to changes in ownership K-1 allocations. There is no tax due and was no tax due on the original return, which eFiled without a problem.

The amended return passes the "review" process without exception.

Error message states ..... "Debit amount must be entered for electronic filing when paying a balance due with electronic funds withdrawal .... Amended return conversion failed." ..... 

But there is no balance due ...

In the "Information worksheet" .... the check box "use electronic funds withdrawal of Form 7004 balance..." can be checked either "Yes" or "No" without any difference, same error message .... the "Payment information" section at the bottom is blank ... but I can input date and zero and get the same error message ....
