Minnesota DOR says that revenues on line 5 Other Income of form 1120S needs to be included on line 5 of form M8A.  ProSeries only flows line 1 Gross Receipts to the MN M8A apportionment schedule.  Other revenues from line 5 of form 1120S need to flow to the M8A apportionment as well.
