I am with Pro Basic and have been for several years. Up to this year I have not had a problem with them. The only problem I had with them this year as many of you had is with Form 8915F which after several weeks  have been resolved Like many of you I have considered changing software programs next year But with some of the problems that have been posted regarding other programs some with in Intuit itself Pro Basic is starting to look better all of the time.
