Further 'glitch' that needs fixing. 

In some cases, AMT carryover amounts from prior year is NOT showing up on line 10 or going through and producing a 1116 Schedule B AMT!! Not the case that it is not showing up if not being used. 

Proseries/technical - please FIX this!!  1116 Schedule B issue - NOT FULLY RESOLVED!!
