where do i enter the dependant identity protection pin on the form
On the info worksheet about half way down, you'll just have to read the lines slowly, you'll find it.
Its right in the dependent entry table, look at the column descriptions at the top for each box.
Read slowly is the key, I missed the key word dependent. Good catch @Just-Lisa-Now- that's why you are a Champ.
