I need some assistance, I am noticing that the Proseries program is automatically providing me with a percentage credit from 2021 on a 529 NYS contributions. 

Example: In 2020 a client made 529 educational contributions of $2,600 - that credit was reflected on the IT-201 for 2020. Now, in 2021 the program automatically completing form IT-201-ATT on line 2a - issuing a percentage credit of $2,210.

My concern is I not aware of this- it never did this in any prior years. I called  Intuit to ask them to check the program- but I am not able to get any assistance. They hung up because they don't understand - it feels like a call center with unknowledgeable individuals, therefore I am coming to this platform clarity.
