Error Code: NO_QUOTE?

I am getting this error when attempting to renew my ProSeries tax software for 2018. Is anyone else getting this today?

The majority of preparers renewed long ago, not in the middle of tax season....Got the feeling a call to support might be needed for this type of thing.
