Here's the easiest and quickest way to resolve this issue:

1) Void the e-signature 

2) Go back into client file and update taxpayer's e-mail address. Then save and close the file.

3) Scroll to the top of the software, click eSignature, then Request...

4) This will restart the eSignature process and reflect the updated e-mail address.
