The problem is not in your computer and/or the installation.  The problem is with Intuit.  I asked for my support call to be "elevated" this morning and twenty minutes later I am still waiting on a call back.  The problem is with multiple states and is a habitual shortcoming of ProSeries.  I am going to keep pushing this today until I get what I feel is an honest answer.  Make sure that next year I will not have this problem because at 70+ years of age, I am going to force myself to learn a new program.  I will keep the community posted.
