I get this message when opening WebSetup19 - Unable to write data to file. You must have administrator rights to install this program - Downloading to my personal laptop - What is the solution?

try to RIGHT CLICK the program or shortcut and "run as administrator"
Also look at https://www.itechtics.com/enable-administrator-account-windows-10/ for how to log on as adminstrator.

Thank you for the help. After I posted the message, I tried it again, got the error again, but I clicked ok, and it opened without any problems.
