I have tried a forced reinstall and changing printers, both of which the knowledgebase has indicated have fixed this problem in earlier versions.

Followed the steps but did not fix problem

I followed all the steps in the referenced link but after reinstall the problem persists.  Again, only on one computer, all others work fine.

Because you mention this only occurring on one machine what is different on this setup (ie a Windows updated version unlike the other machines, different AntiVirus or Firewall settings, etc.) that would be where I would advise to start because something is environmentally different than the others.
