Taxpayer moved into Indiana after Jan 1, 2018 and was not a resident. Based on the instructions, they would not be subject to the county tax. How do I enter the information so that the county tax is not computed for a part year resident?

On Screen 3, under the section for Indiana Miscellaneous, you need to select the county codes for residence and work for the taxpayer and spouse. If they were out of state, you should select one of the reciprocal states or "All Other States".
