How can I fix Lacerte creating Texas Franchise form 05-160 but failing e-file because of critical error of:

"Texas will not allow Form 05-160 to be filed with Form 05-163 or Form 05-169 when electronic filing (ref. #2019844)."?

Can't see why Lacerte creating form 05-160. [removed]
