I have called into the efile support several times and received a myriad of ineffective advice including the toolhub suggestion.  The case has been escalated to the people over at Lacerte you can't talk to or engage with.  All I get is "it's been escalated"  not even it's being worked on.  The reps I can talk to don't know whether it is or isn't being worked on.

With less than a week before the deadline, I am very concerned.  I'm reaching out to the community to gauge how widespread this error is.
