Not only does the prior year overpayment credited to 2023 not show up as being paid, but when you enter it, it is ignored in calculating the penalty. You must enter '-1' in the 'New Jersey PTE-160 Underpayment Penalty' section of screen 11. 

I have no idea if Lacerte pays any attention to the posts in here, but if so, perhaps a fix could be created in any new update?
