I just wanted to post a reply out of mutual frustration as I search these posts! We have never had so many issues with Lacerte as we have had with the 2023 program. And it's only the 2023 program for some reason. This year, we've had to place the Tool Hub on every computer to fix repeated login and program update glitches. We have found the "Reset Display" option to be the fix for when the program just hangs open and never brings up the login pop up screen. The Tool Hub has a websetup/force button as well. I think we used the tool hub 2 times last two years and already have used it over a dozen times this year for the 2023 program.
