Hello:

This seems to be a yearly issue and I could not find any solutions on the prior year's posting:

In the S-Corp module I keep getting "K-1 Transfer is unable to obtain access to the K-1 indexing file.  The file is currently in use.  Please try again later."

If there is or is not a resolution, can it please be made known on the thread?
