Lacerte is currently unable to convert data from ProSystems tax returns.  Apparently, a file Lacerte relied upon for the data conversion is no longer supported by ProSystems.  Thus far, after days and 15 hours on the phone with customer support, Lacerte has not been able to resolve the problem
