My 2023 Texas Franchise Tax report is showing the .0075 rate on a retailer.  The rate should be 0.00375.  Am I the only one having this problem?  Is there a fix?  Did I do something wrong.  My SIC is 5199 and the answers to the three questions are Y Y N, as they should be.
