Diagnostic says "Voucher Amounts are present in detail with no corresponding amount Paid. Please review input in Screen 12. (ref. 25583) Same with state (California in this case).

It might be too much to ask, but is there a way to get it cleared. If you checked, saw the payments were promforma'd, but found that none were paid.

Just check the box acknowledging the true diagnostic statement  and move on
