Yes, the way I was setup as a customer by the sales team had to be redone.  It took a few calls and a whole lotta patience, and finding a brilliant tech person. 

I'm also "complicated" as I'm in the UK, and LaCerte is VERY US centric.  Surely there are CPA's with international addresses, for instance.  I hope this can be added in the future, but will work around it in the meantime

Still working through some other minor issues, but is a learning process and am doing ok now.  Thanks for the reply 🙂
