I have the same issue, receive a pop-up that my license had to be updated and then next day - any client file, any tax type, whether already e-filed or on extension I could not view forms or diagnostics without authorizing a REP fee. I spent 7 hours+ today on the phone - asking what triggers the counter and which files are are part of the 300 - no ability to provide - and they said Lacerte could not disable this - without saying it - basically will have to request credit. I said since Lacerte is indicating to me that I've gone over 300 then I should know which ones so then I know which ones to request credit for. They have no way of providing. It was the spiderman meme - I spoke to Billing - they said Tech. I spoke to Tech - they said Billing - no good answers. Really unbelievable that this glitch even exists. I'll call Monday but if there is any one that can help in this matter @IntuitTracy @IntuitBettyJo
