Our firm has not been able to login since about 8am central time this morning.  We are not able to access 2016-2018 Lacerte.  Our IT company is on the phone with Lacerte but we have not gotten answers yet.

What error messages do you receive?

there was no error message.  It is a validation error per our IT company.  They got on the phone with Lacerte.  Lacerte posted a fix to this a last week.  Our IT did a repair tool then rebooted our server and now it works.

This issue may be resolved by running the latest update on the program 

Try going to Start > Lacerte and running the program called 2016 Lacerte Web Setup.

You can do this for 2017 as well.
