Our DMS stopped working Saturday morning due to error 53249. I've had this issue before and it's due to the size of our DMS database. The culprit is either the DATA03A.idx or the DATA03A.dat file. Our detail is fine, but with the corrupted indexing file, DMS cannot function properly. Has anyone else had this problem? When we had this problem before, we eventually were escalated to someone that was able to fix the problem. All reps that i have spoken to this time would not escalate my case. To make matters works, our IT service is unable to retrieve our backups for the server because of a faulty encryption key. Please help!
