PTSP with 3 partners

The pro rata distributive share allocated to each 3 (on Form 3804) is not based on the profit percentage.  Is there a special allocation screen on Form 39.1 for allocation of differing amounts? I have not found a place on 39.1 for allocating the PTE income.
