@ewheatman Restore a backup from C:\LACERTE\18TAX\DEMODATA\ of client 01SAMPLE If you are on REP, notice that the EIN is all 9's That means there will be no REP fee charged. There are 4 samples there, which might help you see what is missing

Under Partnership User Options > Items to Print > Print Settings - Preparer Review Copy, make sure the drop down for "Schedule K-1 for Each Subclient" is selected as Yes. If that drop down is marked as No, the K-1s will not generate.
