Getting a  critical diagnostic that reads : e-file: If Schedule L, Section E, line 1 is equal to Section D, line 3, then complete Schedule COGS must be attached. (ref. #2056738)

This is in the partnership return that has only rental real estate in it and has no COGS.  This has happened on several of our returns.  Looked at the diagnostic finder and there is no such number listed.
