After an hour and a half last week with tech support, it's a coding error they are researching. There should be a fix, but nothing has pushed through yet.

Thank you. I had a very unpleasant and unsuccessful call with Support this morning, with no resolution. The first team member actually advised me that it was a known problem. She transferred me and that person...unhelpful, rude, and impatient. Only, absolutely only, time I have had a bad experience with support. Thank you for your feedback.
