Efile rejection in regards to Form 8379. Injured spouse is claiming child who is 18 and shows on the Form 8379 correctly. The reject is a result of an incorrect element name is the IRS business rule. Says to wait to resubmit when the issue has been resolved with IRS. 

Anyone had an issue and either needed to wait or a work around somehow?
