If it is a brand-new problem, they definitely would not have an anticipated fix yet.

This is the first I've heard of this, so are you sure it is because of the update, and not something wrong with your computer?

Can you explain exactly what is happening, so maybe somebody can help figure it out?

Ah, that explains it.  But if they just like listening for hours to "time in a bottle", they can simply go to YouTube and play that in loop.

If they are playing "Time in a Bottle" I am going to have to call in and listen for awhile.

I am also having a problem getting into the program after updating. It says a reboot is necessary. I've tried rebooting several times and I can't get into the program

I had this issue with the reboot issue once before after another update and I don't remember how they fixed it. It didn't take them long but last night I waited 30 minutes on the phone and went home and today I'm being told an hours wait. No choice but to wait.

Try WebSetUp & FORCE it even if it says you are up-to-date.  No idea if that'll work, but it can't hurt.

I did the WebSetUp and Force did it...I'm fixed up and ready to go. Thank you ALL for offering suggestions.
