I cancelled my order last week on 28 OCT 2021. I was told that day, that the yet to be processed pre-order would be cancelled, it was not.
On 01 NOV 2021, I called they told me that my renewal fee, that was not supposed to be processed would be refunded by today, 04 NOV 2021.
On 04 Nov 2021, I called and spoke to an agent who initially hung up on me, and who now is telling me it will take 14 days to refund a transaction that I cancelled on that day. I asked to speak to his supervisor, or his manager. He won't do it.. He has hung up on me a second time.
