So a couple of our users are having an issue with Lacerte from time to time. Lacerte will basically not be able to locate/access a mapped network drive even though the drive is available through file explorer. Seems to happen after a Lacerte update. Has anyone else had similar issues? The only thing that seems to work is re-installing lacerte and re-mapping the drives.
